As a Partner Showroom for the Woven Product Line, our Interior Design Center’s Customer Service Team is able to provide access to Woven Products, without minimum “buy ins” and annual ordering requirements. All pricing, product info, and order fulfillment can be accessed via our Woven Regional Showroom. Our highly trained customer service team will provide all administrative support – sourcing, product specifications, pricing, COM Forms, Ordering, Logistics, and Claims.
Our Goal: To ensure that the Design Community has seamless access to Woven products and the support of a Trade Showroom.

Remote Designers: we can provide virtual tours, sourcing along with the complete administrative support solution.
The New Ordering Process - FAQ's
Working through a our Trade Showroom, we are able to provide seamless Customer Service with all aspects of the ordering process. We do not require minimum orders for any of Woven products or from our other vendors. No opening, minimum orders or yearly sales volume requirements. We work exclusively to the trade and have vast experience providing administrative support through the design process.
Complete our registration form and you will be qualified for both a Woven and PEYTONHOME Trade Account.
We require a Company Name, Sales & Tax Use License or EIN number.
To Register go to TRADE REGISTRATION. We will get back to you within one business day or sooner with confirmation. If you haven't heard back or need immediate assistance, please call the showroom and we will ensure that your account is activated.

To make the invoicing process more efficient, we ask you to register with our showroom. This will also give you access to all of our product lines with the same terms and level of service.

Our pricing to the Trade is set by our Vendors. Our pricing is exactly the same as it would be if you were ordering through directly through the vendor and we will manage the administrative process.
We require payment in full at the time an instock order is placed. We accept checks, Credit Cards, and ACH payments (a link attached to your invoice. We do not charge a credit card fee.
Please note: Selamat will no longer be shipping furniture to residential addresses. In order to limit shipping damages and claims, Selamat will require items that cannot ship via. ground, go to a receiver. If you need information about receivers in our area, please let us know.
Selamat ships product as soon as available. This may result in multiple shipments. The standard, flat rate freight pricing ensures that freight will not be charged more than one time for any one product, regardless of the number of shipments or the warehouse location.
LTL SHIPPING (less than a truck load) applies to commercial, palletized shipments.
Min. Shipping Charge of $200.00 (15% when total invoice exceeds $1350.00).
GROUND SHIPPING applies to small parcel shipments (most lighting, accessories & mirrors)
-25% of invoice total (min $50)
-Excludes mirrors, min $75, over-sized lighting, min $175
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY: Is no longer available for items that need to be trucked. Only small items, shipping ground may go to residential addresses.
LIFT GATE FEE is a $90 fee in addition to standard freight charges
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY is no longer available.
More Shipping Details:
- Orders ship FOB South San Francisco and Cincinnati
- Freight shipments are shipped to loading docks or curbside delivery is made at commercial delivery locations only. If approved, small parcel shipments may be shipped to residential addresses.
- Any undisclosed shipping needs that are determined by the carrier upon delivery may result in additional fees to be charged. These will include with any carrier imposed fees associated with redelivery or re-consignment.
- Refusal of a shipment will incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
- Selamat reserves the right to change freight rates based on carrier market conditions.
- Selamat is not responsible for fees incurred by receiving services.
- All drop-ship accounts are required to have their own third party shipping. Selamat assumes no responsibility for shipments or damage by third party shipping.
Occasionally when an order is entered, one or more products may be backordered. This will be noted on the order confirmation and estimated arrival date will be indicated. Noted arrival dates can vary by several weeks pending delays at the factory level or in customs, though we do our best to build in room for error. Lead times for backordered products can range from days to 3-4 months if the order is still in production.
If you/your customer do not want to wait for the inventory to arrive, please respond to the order confirmation with a request to remove, otherwise the backorder will reserve the units for your order by date requested. Once the containers of new product arrive to our warehouse, it can take 1-3 days to unload, transfer inventory, and process. Backorders will be automatically charged and released to the fulfillment team - you will be notified when your item(s) have shipped.
Selamat offers COM for some of their products. Please contact the showroom to see if it is offered in the product you would like or log in to view details at selamatdesigns.trade. Click here for pricing information by category (subject to change).
Average COM lead time is 3-4 weeks, and estimated delivery is 6 weeks from date fabric is received. If you are working on a tight deadline, please confirm with your territory manager that Selamat can accommodate your installation date.
PRIOR TO SENDING FABRIC, PLEASE NOTE:
- Matching the band on a cushion will use more fabric. We recommend matching the band only when using a fabric with stripes.
- Centering a large repeat will require more fabric.
- While we inspect all fabrics for mill imperfections, some are difficult to recognize. Selamat Designs is not responsible for defects, color imperfections, or other flaws. We recommend you inspect the fabric prior to shipment.
TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER IN A TIMELY FASHION, THE FOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED:
1. Sidemark fabric with your company name and order number
